Leadership & Management Coach
Role Description: The main focus of this role is to deliver apprenticeships in leadership and management for our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assess and support learners throughout their apprenticeship programme through to timely completion at the required standard (including preparation for End Point Assessment)
- Managing a case load of learners across multiple clients
- Provide Functional Skills support where required
- Visit/observe learners in their place of work (where possible) to gather high quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship
- Support IQA activities as required
- Peer to peer moderation and observation to ensure standardization across the coaching team
- Monitor learner attendance and 20% off the job hours
- Carry out remote learner sessions and reviews in a timely manner
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress and guarantee compliance with audit requirements
Experience required:
- Hold a Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1 or TAQA
- Experience delivering Apprenticeship standards in Leadership & Management L3 & L5
- Experience of supporting learners through End Point Assessment including knowledge of the full gateway experience (mapping portfolio and support of MCQ/PD/In)
- Providing functional skills support for learners up to L2
- Previously held first line or operational manager positions
- Experience of supporting learners remotely including use of an e-portfolio system, using a range of ICT packages e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
