Curriculum Manager
Reports to: Operations Director
Role Description: This role needs you to be a dedicated learning & development professional, somebody with creativity and an innovative forward-thinking outlook on learning. You will be responsible for developing and invigorating our curriculum primarily across Apprenticeships but also working with our Commercial Learning team, ensuring consistently high delivery and a ‘best in class’ learning experience.
Here’s some of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead on the development and revising of our highly engaging and innovative curriculum, including the writing of apprenticeship standards
- Drive the creation and design of bespoke digital learning solutions and in-house programme resources
- Work collaboratively with our team and our partners to bring the vision to life from concept through to delivery ensuring industry leading solutions
- Create and maintain our apprenticeship standard assessment content on our learning platform ensuring our apprenticeship learners are engaged as they are guided through the evidence criteria
- Keep track of market trends in the world of L&D to identify opportunities for us to improve our products and services
- Continually review and analyse learner and client feedback to invigorate and improve our programmes and ensure they meet needs and exceed expectations
- Manage our learning library and support our Apprenticeships and Commercial Learning teams directing them to relevant content
- Leverage our extensive access to thought leadership and embed the thinking into our curriculum offers
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong collaboration skills to work with our team and our partners
- A track record of developing content and programmes of learning including apprenticeship standards in-line with external specifications
- Excellent IT & Digital skills
- Natural ability to spot opportunities for innovation and improvements
- Experience within a fast-paced learning and development environment and a track record of successful delivery of learning enterprises via different methods
- An ability to effectively organize, plan and prioritize your workload – multi-tasking is a necessity at Raise the Bar
