Client Engagement Manager

We are currently looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join our team.
- Manage relationships with our clients and consultants ensuring they receive the best possible service
- Be the first point of call for client queries prioritising any issues and resolving with speed
- Ensure the smooth running of delivery from contract stage to feedback
- Assist with the creation of training materials where required
- Quality assurance of our training materials and consultants delivery
What you need for the role:
- Experienced in a Training/Learning/HR/Project Management environment
- Experienced in managing client accounts
- Have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective and professional communication skills at all levels
