Nick Pope has spent the last 20 years developing global leaders for organisations such as Unilever, AstraZeneca, GSK, Coca-Cola, Nike and HSBC.
Nick’s doctoral research explores the key factors that makes the difference in High Performing Executive teams. He works with senior teams to help them collaborate on the critical issues that can only be solved by the collective leadership of the team. Nick was formerly Global Head of Learning and Development at Unilever where he worked with CEO Paul Polman and the top 50 global business teams to unlock the collective leadership of the organisation.
He works globally coaching senior leadership teams to become more than just meetings, by collaborating more effectively to solve complex issues that need the collective leadership of the team.
Nick Pope is based in London with his wife, 3 children and faithful hound. A regular middle-aged bloke with a taste for adventure – he enjoys triathlon, trekking and winter sports. He is a keen drummer, DJ and musician. His band The Kid Gloves have raised over £50,000 for various cancer charities.
He holds a PhD in Organisational Change and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society and the British Academy of Management.
