Raise the Bar is now over 19 years old, has survived the recession, grown year on year and is currently considered one of the UK’s leading Training and Development & Speaker Agencies.
Jonathan tailors his message for each client and covers topics such as having the right attitude, goal setting, reacting positively to failures, stretching your comfort zone and taking individual responsibility to be the best that you can be.
As a teenager, Jonathan was one of England’s brightest young talents and was signed by Sir Alex Ferguson to play for Manchester United. He spent four years at Man Utd and during this time played extensively for England Youth Team under the guidance of Sir Bobby Robson. Jonathan went on to study at Loughborough University, where coaching became his driving passion.
Jonathan continued his career in sport, through his work with one of the UK’s leading sports agencies. Here he worked closely with the likes of Wayne Rooney, Peter Schmeichel, Andy Cole and Kenny Dalglish, and he now draws upon this experience to inspire individuals, leaders and teams to be the best that they can be.
