Guided meditation with Ruby Wax!

With the recent activity around Mental Health Awareness Week and during the challenging period of lockdown that we find ourselves in, it is important to our people, families, communities and ourselves that we keep the conversations around mental health & wellbeing at the top of our agenda.

With this in mind, we have been waiting with eagerness to share the details of our next webinar with you. This is one not to be missed! Comedian, mental health campaigner and best-selling author Ruby Wax OBE will be joining us on the 25th June at 10am for an Introduction to Mindfulness & Guided Meditation. Ruby will guide us through a “meditation” that aims to ease anxiety and help us feel more centred and in control during such an uncertain time.

After three decades working on stage, television and radio, Ruby Wax has recently changed direction. The former entertainer is now an expert on psychology, human behaviour and communication gaining her Master’s degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Oxford University.  Awarded an OBE FOR her services to Mental Health, Ruby is one of the most sought after speakers on mental health & mindfulness.

Ruby’s books, How Do You Want Me? Sane New World and A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled and How to be Human – The Manual have topped the Sunday Times Bestseller’s lists and been published all over the world.
