Goal setting is so important because our goals need to be in line with our true values, and if we are to achieve our stretching targets they need to be in line with our true self. The nine-step goal setting process enables leaders to work through the key components to achieving their goals to allow them to better leaders, managers and individuals.

The experienced facilitator will share their experiences of goal-setting, both within business and drawing on case studies from the world of elite sport as well. They will also share a  process for understanding the elements that promote buy-in and action. This is a simple tool to help us all to identify the key steps in our own development, and follows 9 straightforward steps which would be covered within the goal setting workshop:
