Our Approach

The key to our success in delivering leadership and management development programmes is in how quickly we can develop a deep knowledge and understanding of your business. Whilst adhering to the apprenticeship standards and ILM qualification requirements we work in collaboration with you to create an apprenticeship programme that fully supports your organisational strategy, values, culture and opportunities. That’s our expertise – taking great care in getting to know your business and creating a contextualised programme that creates the leaders and managers of the future that your business really needs.

Clarify organisational strategy and objectives; profiling the target future leader/manager in your business; understand the overall culture and environment; identifying your opportunities for high performance and competitive advantage; agree contextualisation of programme objectives, learning outcomes, assessment criteria, and support requirements; and identify key sponsors, mentors and support required.

Agree final blended delivery methods to be used, the learning content and the launch and communications plan. Ensure that the programme meets Apprenticeship standards and ILM qualification requirements and enable apprentices (learners) to meet the final assessment criteria. All content and assessments are contextualised and positioned to ensure relevance for your organisation and ease of application for your people.

Raise the Bar thought leadership and expert facilitators supporting your people through blended delivery of a programme which embraces face to face, digital and self-directed learning. We ensure that all the requirements of the apprenticeship are met, and that your apprentices are prepared for their assessment, and can use their learning to improve their personal, team, and organisational performance.

Working with an independent End Point Assessment organisation (typically ILM) ensuring that your apprentices and fully prepared, supported, coached and guided for success in their end assessment activities.
