“By mixing theory with practical examples Raise the Bar bring the subject to life, presenting messages which are percieved as both inspiring and relevant to the delegates.”
Raise the Bar give delegates new perspectives which have challenged them to think about the organisation, what they do and their personal development in a different way, encouraging them to change the way they operate. We are delighted that we have been able to engage them to deliver our Flagship programme.”
This 12 month performance and engagement programme for our telecommunications client’s leadership population was led by an RTB expert in impact and communication – this programme also drew upon the experience of subject matter experts in leadership and strategy.
The programme consisted of 8 development days supplemented by between-module coaching and a bespoke online portal. A genuine business case study ran throughout the programme and linked to each module.
In addition to the core programme content, a mentoring programme ran concurrently with alumni from previous programmes acting as mentors to the most recent cohort.
A 2 day module with Chris Brindley, current MD of Metro Bank and former winner of ‘Britain’s Best Boss’.
A 2 day module with Rachael Whittle, expert in communication styles, personal presence and persuasion.
A 2 day module with Professor Damian Hughes, author and expert on change, leadership and psychology.
A final 2 day module to review the programme, evaluate and work on case studies.
