Training & Development - The Talent Group Programme

We understand that your employees are your biggest asset. One of the biggest challenges we all face in business today is developing and keeping our talent. Succession planning is crucial and our Talent Group Programme will help you incentivise, reward and develop the rising stars within your organisation.

This programme is designed for a group of up to twenty five talented members of staff who require a programme to give them the skills and the impetus to reach their potential. Through employee engagement, it also provides an environment whereby the delegates can learn from the best in class. This programme will link into an existing PDP.

The course format includes feedback and analysis after each session along with coursework and email advice.

Timetable: Month 1 & Month 3 (i.e. Two months between both sessions).
