Raise the Bar have developed a unique coaching tool to help each delegate get the most out of our training sessions. The online learning zone is a web based learning space designed specifically to supplement the work completed in each of our sessions. Following each session, coursework is agreed and a deadline set for completion. Each delegate then simply logs on to our website and completes their coursework online.

At this point their line manager is informed of their progress and encouraged to support each delegate to achieve their objectives.

This simple process helps to embed the key learnings from each session, enable the managers to track their staff’s progress and removes the need for masses of paper based coursework.
