Our unique Performance Development Programme has a proven track record of increasing productivity and employee engagement. Here, we focus on the individual and their own specific development within a group session.

The programme is based on quarterly training sessions and is designed for a maximum of 50 delegates in each programme. There is an intensive briefing session, shadowing session and induction session prior to the commencement of this programme; whilst during the programme we provide extensive management information to illustrate the levels of engagement of both the delegates and the managers.
