Raise The Bar - Inspiring Success Beyond Expectations

Training & Development - In Extreme

Gorge Scrambling / Canyoning

Gorge scrambling is one of the best wild water activities available, and a fantastic outdoor adventure is guaranteed. You will be kitted out in wet suits, buoyancy aids, cagoules, helmets and then you will begin to trace a mountain river upstream, scramble over waterfalls and traverse rock faces, body surf rapids, swim through eddies and make death defying 30 foot jumps into deep pools.

It's a fantastic team activity and if that doesn't get your adrenaline pumping, the waterfall jumps will!

You are always roped up where necessary and there is always an easier way to get round the slides and jumps if you wish, so you will never be put in a position that you don't want to be in. This is the chance to put the team outside their comfort zone and push them to discover who they really are.

Coasteering

Coasteering has its origins in the late 19th Century, but now in the 21st century, it has proven to be THE ultimate coastal adventure and it is a unique combination of rock, water and wave action that will take you into new terrain.

For a few hours, or for a whole day, you will be cliff jumping, climbing, rock gully swimming, exploring caves, rock scrambling and wave riding - no two coasteers are ever the same.

You'll be given wet suits, floatation jackets and helmets and a full briefing by a qualified guide before setting off. It's immense fun working together, pushing yourself and watching out over the rugged wilderness for seals, sea birds and caves.

Arctic Survival

This once in a lifetime challenge takes you to Northern Sweden and combines the chances to adapt to and live in the Arctic environment, and to satisfy your survival instinct.

You will participate in husky-driving, ice fishing, trapping, hunting, fire lighting, building shelters and snow holes and cross country skiing to name but a few. In the wilderness, you are unlikely to see anybody else other than yourself and the occasional local.

Good preparation for this challenge is vital and we have a compulsory training and information day prior to the trip. The experience culminates in a 2-day survival phase where you are totally reliant on your new skills. Despite the hard work, you will experience a unique sense of achievement as well as the tranquility beneath the stars - and Northern Lights - of the Arctic.

Five days + travel + preparation day.
