Led by a highly qualified performance coach and health and wellbeing expert, senior leaders are challenged to consider the many factors that affect their performance in the workplace.  Executives undertake a personal journey, looking at their strengths and weaknesses and gaining insight into the science, physiology and psychology behind performance optimisation.

Executives will be introduced to sophisticated technology that is being used by many of the world’s leading sporting organisations and understand how it is being used in the world of elite sport to enhance the performance of athletes.  Leaders complete their own personal “Performance Diagnostic” looking at the seven pillars of personal performance.

In addition, leaders have to option to use a Performance & Lifestyle heart rate monitor. Leaders wear a monitor for three consecutive days and nights and a report is produced to analyse the relevant stress levels. They subsequently receive one to one consultation on the monitoring results and coaching to help identify areas within their life in which to set goals.

By the end of this intensive and unique programme senior leaders have a personal understanding of how to cope with stress and how to perform at a high level.  They take away immediate strategies to action that provide increased resilience and improved performance.
